Resource development in British Columbia has proceeded at an historic pace in recent years, and major projects in the planning stages point the way to continued growth. This boom has been facilitated by unprecedented co-operation between the resource industry and First Nations.

While images of First Nation protestors continue to garner significant media coverage, the reality is that BC has entered a new era in relations between the resource industry and First Nations.
