The first weeks of the new B.C. NDP government make clear that it is more crucial than ever for commonsense British Columbians to engage in a balanced, informed dialogue about responsible oil & gas, forestry, mining, aquaculture and transportation.

Premier John Horgan may have earned a reputation as one who understands resource issues. Yet, all signs are that he has a very challenging job ahead on all of these fronts. More than ever, the value of Resource Works as a third-party source of balanced information and a reasonable perspective can go a long ways.
